An uptight policewoman who is relegated to a desk job is suddenly given the opportunity to restart her career as she is sent to collect a high profile witness and his wife to testify against a drug baron. When she gets there two groups attack them and the woman's husbaand is killed. The two women escape and the road trip to the court appearance is a love hate relationship. This is not a great film and the plot has no real depth to it, but Reese Witherspoon and Sofia Vergara give good performances given the material they have to work with.
