After his wife dies a man orders a mail order bride, but she turns out to be a young blonde instead of more mature. However as soon as she marries him she realises her mistake, and that she should have married his son. This is an early William Wyler film that suffers from uneven pacing of the plot through the film. There are good though different performances from Walter Huston and Helen Chandler
