ary Grant is a widower trying to cope with his three children when Sophia Loren appears and the children persuade him to employ her as their maid and they end up living on a delapidated houseboat on a river. Her skills as a maid are limited as she is an Italian socialite escaping from her overbearing father. This is Cary Grant and Sophia Loren doing romantic comedy very well, ironically just after they had split for having a real life affair.
