Two teenage girls randomly phone people and say to one I saw what you did, only the man (Robert Carradine) had just killed his girlfriend. One (Shawnee Smith) is dared by the other (Tammy laurento go and see the man, little knowing he is a psychotic killer. When he thinks she has seen him killed his girlfriend he comes after her as well having discovered where she lives. The acting is not the best, but there is a small supporting role from a very youn Candace Cameron Bure as the younger sister. This made for television film was based on the novel by Ursula Curtiss and a version was previosuly madeas a film in 1965.
