Charlie Chaplin is on a boat to America where he wins money in a card game and gives it to a woman whose mother has been robbed and they meet up later in a restaurant where he has problems paying the bill. This Charlie Chaplin short has some good examles of slapstick comedy (coping with the boat rolling and also with the waiter in the restauant) as well as some social comment.
