A popular actress (Ingrid Bergman) who has given up on love, meets and falls in love with a financier and diplomat (Cary Grant) despite knowing he is married. The best part of the film is the second half when she finds out he is not married and he only says he is married to avoid getting married. Cary Grant is it his suave best and Ingrid Bergman is strong, romantic and elegant. Whilst this is not the best romantic comedy of this period, the two leads giving good performances make it a delight to watch.
