A man (Vincent Price) who wants world peace builds a flying machine that he uses to destroy armies and ships whilst capturing an manufacturer, his daughter (Mary Webster), her fiance and a man (Charles Bronson) from the government sent to investigate him. This is curious with Vincent Price and Charles Bronson arguing the morality of killing people to bring peace. The film is based on original stories by Jules Verne.
