A group of scientists exploring the bottom of the Marianas Trench release a prehistoric giant shark. This is not a good monster sci-fi film. ImagineThe Asylum being given a big budget (for them) to remake Jaws and you have a feel for the quality of this film. Jason Statham brings some energy to the film but otherwise the plot and acting are not great.
