A new police chief sets out to clean up the police department, but when he is killed, his killer has to be found. The script for this film is just very poor. For most of the film we are introduced to all the people who want to kill the chief and then in the last 10 minutes he is killed and the killer unmasked. Claudia Dell and Barbara Bedford bring a small amount of life is an otherwise dour film.
