A dowdy FBI agent goes under cover at a beauty pageant where Michael Caine teachers her to have posie and style whilst investigating a possible terrorist threat to the pageant. This is a mixture of comedy and drama that attempts to parody beauty pageants. Although the characters lack depth both Michael Caine and William Shatner manage to turn in performances that are entertaining and do not take themselves seriously. Not the best film that Sandra Bullock made, but it is still good light entertainment.
