A flower shopowner in NewYork helps a man in a bar who is the mayor of a small town. Later he arives in the town where the man is mayor only to meet a woman who has been thrown out of her home by the mayor because she went dancing with a man. This is an early talkie that suffers with the sound quality of Leo Carrillo's strong accent. The plot is not great and nor is Leo Carrillo's performance.
