Comment/Synopsis

Cary Grant is a scientist looking for a formula to bring eternal youth. One of his monkeys mixes some of chemicals and put it in the water. When Cary Grant drinks some of it he acts like a teenage and when his wife Ginger Rogers drinks some she regresses to a child. This is an entertaining comedy if you accept the basic silliness of the plot with a good performance from Cary Grant in the lead role. The highlight of the film though is the performance from Ginger Rogers especially in the scenes where she regresses to a child. This was the second film pairing Cary Grant and Ginger Rogers with an early performance from Marilyn Monroe, more for her looks than the small amount of acting she does.
