Comment
A female artist (Anne Kimbell) is convinced there is a monster under the sea by a local beach, but her friend a marine biologist does not believe her, but the locals want to sacrifice her to the monster to stop more deaths. This is not the best Roger Corman film as the monster only appears a couple of times and does very little. There is more plot with the locals trying to sacrifice Anne Kimbell as the heroine to the monster.
