When a woman (Hilaire Burton) is sacked frm her job, she gets a job as an elf wrapping presents at her local shoppping mall. However as her name is Krissie Kringle she accidently gets sent Santa's naughtly or nice list. She discovers that she can use it to expose people's wrong doing. However she soon realises that peope are both good and bad. The plot is wafer thin, but Hilaire Burton just manages to give enough to a weak character to make this watchable, but with better writing this could have been a better film.
