A nightclub singer (Norma Talmadge) leaves her song writer husband Gilbert Roland) after she discovers him with another woman (Mary Doran), but then gets involved with a known gangster (John Wray). This was Norma Talmadge's first sound film in which she speaks and sings. She is competent in the lead and there is good support from John Wray as the gangster and Lilyan Tashman as her friend.
