Two scientists predict giant earthquakes, then discover a they are caused by a new element and then have to come up with a way to save the world. The plot is very unconvincing with a moral overtone of getting all the countries in the world working together. It is a mix of big explosions and small scenes in an underground cavern. William Leslie is bland in the lead, but Kathryn Grant brings a bit more life to the film.
