Comment/Synopsis

Oaklahoma is one of the great Rogers and Hammerstein musicals from the 1950's, including the songs Oaklahoma, Surrey With The Fringe On Top, People Will Say We're In Love and Oh What A Beautiful Mornin'. This was director Fred Zimmerman's first musical film and he brought the musical to the big wide screen.
