A brilliant but mad scientist has plans to take over the world with a strange giant robot, an invisibility belt and a death ray. This started as a series and the film version is an edited down version and inevitably this leads to a choppy plot as much has been cut out. None the less, parts are still entertaining, as reporter Dorothy Arnold tries to find out what is goiing on and Bela Lugosi is suitably sinister as the scientist.
