An undersea monster is guarding a a radioactive deposit in the sea and starts attacking any boats that go near it. A scientist (Michael Whelan) aided by his daughter (Cathy Downs) and a government agent (Kent Taylor) start investigating. Meanwhile some foriegn agents (Helene Stanton) are after the scientists discoveries. This is a typical low budget creature feature from the 1950's. The plot is not great, the creature poor, and the acting staid.
