An ex-football player moves to the town where his ex-wife and son live in order to rebuild the relationship with his son. Whilst trying to get a job as a television sports pundit, he is asked to coach the junior football team that his son plays in. As he turns around the fortunes of the team he is pursued by various attractive mothers of the team whilst at the same time he and hiis wife fall back in love. This is a disappointing romance particuarly as the strong female supporting cast is very underused. Definately a case of could have been better.
