In a futuristic Detroit a giant corporation takes over the police force and when policeman Peter Weller is killed he is recreated as a cyborg policeman. Whilst doing the companies commands his original personality starts to resurface.
This is a violent film, but it is more than that, this being a social and sci-fi comment.
