Comment
Oliver Hardy has a nervous breakdown from working in a horn factory so the doctor recommends they have some quiet at sea. They rent a boat attached to the dock but are cast adrift when an escaped murderer gets on board. This has the usual range of slapstick physical comedy that laurel and Hardy were known for, but this time with some jokes with a goat.
