A man (Martin Compston) and his two friends are looking for a way to make money and discover that mussels in the local river can produced pearls. So in an ttempt to find the pearls he goes under cover at the local conservation charity where he falls for the woman (Talulah RIley) running it, but the local criminal gang want in on the action. This is a basic rom-com with a predictable plot and the plot devices obviously set up in advance. The plot is not convincing and the dialogue is not great. however Talulah Riley is pleasnt in the lead and ther are a few comic scenes.
