Two young environmental activists (Lesse Moss and Luisa D'Olivera) see a tape of a giant root system rapidly growing accross the country. The authorities bring in a plant specialist (Stefanie von Pfetten) to try and stop it. They join forces to find who let the roots out and find a way to kill them before the country is destroyed. The plot is completely daft.
