A man mistakenly thinks he is about to die and so decides to find someone who can be her husband when he dies. However she finds out he is not dying and thinks he is having an affair, so decides to leave him. This is gentle romantic comedy, typical of Doris Day's romantic comedies. There is good interplay between Doris Day and Rock Hudson.
