A man injects his wife with snake venom to try and cure her insanity but she dies giving birth to a baby that grows up into a beautiful woman who turns into a snake and goes around killed the local villagers. This is a weak British low budget horror film trying to cash in on the better Hammer films. It was made quickly and cheaply and Susan Travers only has a relatively small part as the snake woman. Sidney Furie went on to direct better films.
