A reporter, his sister and her boyfriend are living in an old house. The reporter come sup with a plan for story by pretending to kill his sister, hide her in a secret passage and then she reappears at the trial. However things get complicated when the discover a hidden cahe of jewels in the passage and the gang gang appear to try and recover the jewels. This is a British comic crime caper from Hammer Films that is based on a stage play. The film moves quickly with plenty of energy even though the plot is quite silly.
