A woman (Brenda Joyce) get a job as a companion to a blind woman (Gale Sondergaard) and her mute butler (Rondo Hatton). However they are not what they seem as the local cattle start dying from a strange poison. The plot is predicatable, but there is a good performance from Brenda Joyce as the innocecnt woman caught up in a murderous plot and better than her performances in several Tarzan films.
