The crew of the Enterprise (The Next Generation) battle with the Borg and go back in time to when earth first made contact with aliens. The plot has two threads, the Borg trying to take over the Enterprise and the ground team helping the man who made the first contact with aliens making his first flight faster than light. One for Star Trek fans.
