Peter Dinklage is a dwarf who inherits a station house in a small town when his friend dies. He moves there for some solitude but meets Patricia Clarkson who is having emotional struggles and Bobby Cannavle who sells hot dogs from a van. This is essentially a study of relationships, with good but underplayed performances from Peter Dinklage and Patricia Clarkson.
