Rita Tushingham moves from Liverpool to London where she gets a job in a boutique. She kidnaps a dog and then returns it to its owner as a way of meeting him. They develop a relationship and she moves in with him. However he has a murderous secret.This is a distrubing rather than Gory horror film from Hammer that does a good job of reflecting the feel of London in the early 1970's
