A newspaper man (Clark Gable) is invited to speak at a journalism night class, but ends up pretending to be student when he finds the teacher (Doris Day) is an attractive woman, but the problem is she already has a boyfriend (Gig Young). There are good performances from the three main characters thanks to a good witty script.
