Mel Gibson is a drug dealer who wants to go straight but is being investigated by policeman Kurt Russell who was his childhood friend, and in between them is Michelle Pfeiffer as a beautiful restaurant owner. This is a good plot that is well executed by Mel Gibson, Kurt Russell and especially Michelle Pfeiffer.
