One of the classic horror films. A group of hippies stop at a remote house and meet a psychopathic family including a chainsaw wielding "leatherface". A good mixture of suspense. What makes this a good film is the was it is directed and filmed so that with the mixture aof close up and cuts it gives the impression that they have seen more than they actually have. There is the well contructed scenes in the build up to the killing and then the aftermath but comparatively little of the actual event.
