An author (Kenneth MacKenna) has a chance encounter with the woman (Mary Astor) who bought the first copy of his first book. They marry and have a child, but when moving to a new house a woman (Lilyan Tashman) tries to seduce him which causes suspicion and problems within his marriage. This is a well constructed story witha good performance from Mary Astor and the wife unsure of of her husbands fidelity and supported by Lilyan Tashman as the woman tempting her husband.
