A British and an American secret agents investigate a group of people who are leaking secrets from inside the the British government to the Russians. This is a British cold war B-movie, that is a slow burner that has spys using low tech graft to catch the traitors. This film, script, and acting are competenet but not particularly inspiring. The main interest in the film today are the exterior shots around London in the early 1960's.
