Comment/Synopsis
An incompetent naval officer (David Tomlinson) more interested in building rockets is sent to take charge of a moth balled warship where the sketon crew have come up with a range of money making schemes. This is a light British comedy of which the best part is the performances from Peter Sellers and David Tomlinson.
