Comment
A young woman who works in the children's section of the library is introduced to young man who is always talking about making money but who never actually does anything and has some of the most cliched chat up lines in any film. When they are caught in her room by her landlady he suddenly proposes and they get married. She then begins to realise exactly what sort of man he is. A case of marry in haste and repent at leisure. The plot is typical of innocent young woman taken in by man who is all talk and no action, though in this case he eventually realises the error of his ways. A good performance from Helen Twelvetrees though Eric Linden is very flat in an unlikable character.
