During World War 1 the German's are developing a new Zeppelin, so a British soldier who the German's were trying to recruit because he has German relatives is sent to Germany to find out about the new Zeppelin. Although the Germans are suspicious that he might still be working for the British he ends up on a flight to Scotland to steal documents from a castle. There are lots of weaknesses and illogical threads in the plot, however the aerial shots of the airship are good, helped by the wide-screen Technicolor filming.
