Santa lets a business man (Kelsey Grammer) replay Christmas eve 12 times to repair his relationships with his family and employees. This has a poor plot, script and acting. It tries to be a mix between Scrooge and Groundhog Day but fails. Kelsey Grammer injects some slightly manic energy into the film but his daughter Spencer Grammer has an unpleasant and unconvincing character.
