A tough district attorney has already sent 12 criminals to prison and is about to investigate the 13th when he is killed having just announced on the radio a list of possible people the 13th person may be. This is a reasonable crime mystery with a plot that has enough to keep the interest and reasonable acting though some uninspiring sets.
