Mae West is a burlesque performer who gets involved with a boxer and some dubious goings on with fight fixing.As with most Mae West films the plot is nothing special, but the authentic setting her fabulous costumes and her on-liners is what makes the film. It is helped by Duke Ellington and his orchestra performing some of the musical numbers.
