An aspiring actress and singer (Gina Claire mason) goes to New York to perform in a show, but it is cancelled before it starts so she takes a job as a singing waitress. One of the other singers sets her up with his cousin, but this leads to a love triangle between her and the two men. The plot and the romance are not entirely convincing, with the best part of the film being the musical numbers.
