A woman (Genevieve Tobin) suspects her husband (Adolphe Menjou) is having an affair and discovers that it is with her best friend (Mary Astor) whilst his best friend (Edward Everett Horton) is attracted to her. This an entertaining romantic comedy with good performances from Geneviene Tobin as the wife and Mary Astor as the mistress. They bring glamour wearing some gorgeous dresses and sexuality in some revealing outfits and situations that put this comedy firmly in the pre-code period. Adolphe Menjou is good as the man caught between his wife and mistress and with good support from Edward Everett Horton as the bemused friend. Patricia Ellis is the daughter finding that her parents marriage is not perfect.
