A conceited actor (Ricardo Cortez) makes unwelcome approaches to a married woman (Veree Teasdale) who lives in the same block of flats as him, but is later found shot dead and she becomes the prime suspect. This is typical murder mystery from the period. Despite the good cast the plot is not great and neither is the direction. None of the acting is greatwith the best from Anita Louise as the daughter and C Aubrey Smith as the policeman.
