The second wife of a doctor with necrophilic tendancies starts to beleive she is haunted by his dead first wife. This is a stylish Italian Gothic horror with a good performance from Barbara Steele, even if she does do a lot of fainting. There is also good support from Robert Flemyng as the doctor turning his first wife into a near corpse for his gratification.
