A scientist (John Carradine) builds an underwater diving bell and four people use it to explore the deep sea. After a cable snaps they are stranded but escape to a wolrd of tunnels and caves. The main problems with this film is the complete lack of plot and wooden acting. There is also lots of talking and little action. Probably one of John Carradine's worst films.
