A fan dancer (Carole Lombard) has a suspended sentence for breaching the moral code and decides to adopt an elderly lady (May Robson) who was also up before the same judge. What starts off as a publicity stunt, becomes a life changing experience for both of them despite some ups and downs along the way. There are good performances from Carole Lombard and May Robson in what becomes an almost mother / daughter relationship.
