An advertising executive has to renegotiate the contract for a woman who is his ex-fiance but she still loves him. At the same time he is given the job of promoting the book of a female psychiatrist. He gets caught between his increasing feelings for the doctor and his ex-fiance's desires for him. This is a variation of the four way love triangle, but its strength is the performances from Hedy Lamrr and Anna Sten.
