Two groups of people travel to an island containing dinosaurs created as part of the first film. One group just wants to observe tem after the dinosaurs have lived on the island for 4 years and the other group want to capture some to take back as the a theme park attraction. There are the inevitable consequences when men and animals meet. This is the follow up to Jurassic Park which again has some good effects, but it is without the style and the level of plot found in the original film.
